EQALIZR AMBASSADOR PROGRAM POLICIES
All Eqalizr Ambassadors are required to complete the program agreement and remain in compliance with these terms. This list contains everything you need to know to be a Eqalizr Ambassador, including resources, recommendations, and some legal terms.

Commission
Commission rate
Available commission for each Ambassador are set forth on your Ambassador Dashboard. Commissions are based on purchases made from customers that are brought to the Eqalizr Platform via your Ambassador Links or Coupons as determined as part of your application acceptance and offer.
Limitations
a. For purchase commissions, you will receive commission for the first purchase made by a new customer who is not in an active sales process with us at the time of the affiliate link click.
b. The customer needs to have an active Eqalizr Customer Account at the time of checkout or create one during the process so the Ambassador Token relationship between you and the customer can be created. This relationship is typically created on the first purchase after clicking on an Ambassador Link or using a Coupon.
c. Ambassador links do not rely on cookies to track referrals. Therefore if cookies get cleared, we are still able to track these events.
d. Only Ambassador links can be used to track referrals. Incorrect use of Ambassador links will cause inability to track referrals.
e. Fraudulent or stolen attribution is a non payable event. If we suspect fraud (for example, if we see that signups are all from the same city or IP address) we may require you to prove that the referrals are valid.
There are a number of other limitations that may result in commission not being paid – we encourage you to read the Ambassador Program Terms for more information on this.
Attribution
In the event a single customer clicks two different Ambassador links, the first Ambassador gets the credit. We do, however, reserve the right to modify this in certain circumstances and all stakeholders will be consulted.
Promoting Eqalizr
EQALIZR branding
Correctly spell “Eqalizr”. This is important to maintaining consistent branding. You must follow our Ambassador Kit, our Trademark Usage Guidelines, and our Content Usage Guidelines.
Do not use false or misleading statements on the benefits of Eqalizr products (e.g. “You’ll lose twenty pounds in one day just by wearing an Eqalizr t-shirt”). Do not modify or adjust the Eqalizr wordmark or logo in any sort of marketing material you might create, including the creation of any visual badges or dual-logo lockups. If in doubt, reach out via info@eqalizr.com and talk to the Ambassador Team.
What to call yourself
You can refer to yourself as an “Eqalizr Ambassador” or “Affiliate Marketer”, but do not refer to yourself as a Partner or that you’ve “partnered with Eqalizr.” This includes press releases, references in videos, listings on your website, or in any other marketing material you may be using.
Buying ads
You will not purchase ads that direct to your site(s) or through an affiliate link that could be considered as competing with Eqalizr’s own advertising, including, but not limited to, our branded keywords. If running ads, you need to direct the ad to your own website (and not to Eqalizr.com or a standalone landing page).
Other Policies
FTC disclosure: You must be FTC compliant and disclose in a clear way before the Ambassador link that you will receive commission if someone clicks through and purchases.
Purchasing Eqalizr yourself: If you decide to purchase products for your personal use, we require that you do not use your own affiliate link.
Survey participation: We would encourage you to participate in any Ambassador-specific surveys, industry surveys, marketing surveys, etc. as we request.
