We will gladly reimburse you for your purchase or exchange it for you, provided you notify us within one week of receiving it. We will cover the costs of the return for the faulty item.
Please send us an email via the form above prior to returning your purchase so that we can ensure a speedy reimbursement, once we have received it. Due to the fact that Eqalizr products make fantastic gifts and are often purchased for someone else, we are happy to exchange your purchase should you have ordered the wrong size or cut or simply change your mind.  Please use the size chart and choose carefully as the return shipping will be at customers expense.
Items that have already been worn and washed will not be exchanged. We will exchange any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
 Just send an email via the form above or to info@eqalizr.com with your order number, the product you would like to return and the product you would like in exchange. All exchanges must be sent back to us at the customers expense.  Please include your own prepaid self addressed bag/envelope for us to send back the desired exchange, and include a note inside your return explaining what you would like to exchange for. We will contact you once we have received your exchange item and assuming it is still in stock, we will send your exchange in your self addressed bag/envelope.

International Return & Refund Policy

All of our products carry a risk-free 30-day return and exchange window, with the exception of items marked as Sale. All items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging and tags in place.   • Common Return Questions

    Can I return a sale item?

    All orders are eligible for a return or exchange of any item within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of items marked as Sale (those Sale items will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange).

    What if I received a damaged or defective item?

    Please contact our support team at info@eqalizr.com and we will take care of you, right away.

    If I am exchanging an item, when will I receive my exchange?

    Once your return is received, our team will process your replacement exchange order. You will receive an automated email when your exchange has been processed.

    If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? For how much will the refund be?

    Once your return is received, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. We will refund you for all items that are returned, less the original cost of shipping.

    International returns: We aim to process all refunds in a timely manner but it can take up to 21 business days for banks to process funds to credit back to your original payment method once the items are received at the warehouse.

  • I have not received my refund?

    Canceled Orders

    If you see a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it is likely to be only pre-authorization and not a payment. This will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.

    Credit Card Refunds

    Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method.
